			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Keeping the Beat has announced the headline performers for the 7th annual <a target="_blank" href="http://www.armf.org" title="American Roots Music Festival">American Roots Music Festival</a>, happening on Saturday, October 11th.  This event is a funderaiser for local school music programs and has distributed $24,500 in support of various programs since 2004.</p>
<p>This year&#8217;s headliners at the 7:00pm show are the <a target="_blank" href="http://www.bscjb.com" title="Black Swan Classic Jazz Band">Black Swan Classic Jazz Band</a>, an audience favorite from last year&#8217;s Festival, and <a target="_blank" href="http://www.truenorthbluegrass.com" title="True North">True North</a>, a Salem-area bluegrass band.</p>
